CS Arvind Gaudana

M.Com., LLB(Sp.), Grad CWA, F.C.S, ACIS (U.K.), & Insolvency Professional

Mr. Gaudana has rich experience of total 36 years out of which 13 years as Company Secretary in the companies in Public Sector, Joint Sector and Private Sector. He resigned from the post of Company Secretary and General Manager in a Government Company and is in practice since 1994. Mr. Gaudana was Chairman of Ahmedabad Chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the year 1999 and thereafter he became, Chairman during the year 2006, of the Western India Regional Council of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Moreover, he is actively associated with various Educational & Social Institutions. Mr. Gaudana is Director of M/s. KANHA Associates Private Limited, a Company promoted by professionals to provide corporate and legal advises.

Mr. Gaudana was associated with Gujarat Science City Project since its commencement by the Government of Gujarat. Due to his inputs, the project was implemented on fast track and provided his expertise in obtaining various government approvals and permissions including Land acquisitions. This project was implemented as fast track project. He has also been actively associated with GSDMA from the beginning and till date he is providing his consultancy in the field of Secretarial and Legal matters. He was also associated in e-GRAM Vishavagram Society which provided connectivity to 13,000 villages in Gujarat. Similarly, presently he is associated with Late Shri Shyamji Krishna Memorial Project with project cost of Rs. 20 Crores. He is appointed to provide his Legal, Secretarial and Financial services for AADHAAR (GSIDBS) project. Thus, Mr. Gaudana has wide experience in Government Owned Societies and PSUs.

Presently, Mr. Gaudana is appointed as a Financial Advisor and Consultant Company Secretary on retainership basis for Gandhinagar Railway and Urban Development Corporation Limited (GARUD), Rs. 750 Crore five star hotel cum railway station re-development project.

Mr. Gaudana is regular faculty to Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, AMA, M.B.A. students, Law Students and Government Training Institutions.

Mr. Gaudana has also passed the examination of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) with merit and also has passed Insolvency Professional exam with first class, conducted by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), conducted by Gov. of India. He is actively involved in Bankruptcy cases filled before NCLT Ahmedabad and Mumbai.

CS Bhavya Gaudana

Mr. Bhavya Gaudana, is young and energetic Company Secretary with sound knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LODR, Stock Exchange Compliances and Contract Management and IBBI Code, 2016.

Mr. Bhavya Gaudana has joined the firm in the year 2016. Prior to joining he has experience as an Advocate for three years. Presently he is looking after day to day assignments under the Companies Act, 2013, Corporate Laws, NCLT matters etc. to the firms and provides back office support with the help of qualified and competent supporting staff.

He is elected as management Committee member of Ahmedabad Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with highest votes. He was holding post of Chairman, Ahmedabad Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in the year 2021.

CA Niyati Gaudana

CA Niyati Gaudana is a Chartered Accountant and Co-founder partner of G N P & Co. She looks after finance management, taxation, planning, and formulating effective tax strategies for various corporate audit and attestations. She has expertise in advising Government clients in following cost effective model. She has been a catalyst in expanding the portfolio of the firm's services from traditional Auditing and Taxation to multi-faceted consultancy.

CA Sagar Parmar

CA Sagar Parmar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has vast expertise in the field of GST, Income Tax and financial planning. He is also looking after student counselling for CA exam preparation and guidance in becoming successful CA. He is also an entrepreneur having startup in this age.

CA Siddharth J Bhatt

CA Siddharth Bhatt is a Management Advisor and a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is a Committee Member of Trade , Business , Start Up and Professional Bodies, Media Personality - Business Expert, Ex. CFO Dholera Smart City and Ex. Managing Director AMUL Member Union.

His core area of practice is to guide MSMEs to MNCs and Start Up to IPO.

CS Pratik Radadiya

Mr. Pratik Radadiya is a Qualified CS with over 5 years of experience in the fields of Compliance, Secretarial and Legal under the Companies Act, 2013 and various Income Tax Compliances. He has hands-on experience and expertise in incorporation of entities and their compliances as per applicable laws. He is also looking after registration of Trademarks and other Intellectual Property Rights.
